The Discovery: 15 Illegal Votes in the November Election
LANSING – Michigan’s Secretary of State has identified at least 15 individuals suspected of being non-U.S. citizens who somehow managed to vote in the November presidential election. These cases come in addition to Haoxiang Gao, the Chinese national and University of Michigan student, who is already facing felony charges for perjury and casting an illegal ballot.
Given their immigration status, it’s a reasonable assumption that these individuals likely voted for Kamala Harris and her party — a party that actively campaigns on promises of open borders, amnesty, and immigration leniency.
Thirteen of the fifteen cases have been forwarded to Attorney General Dana Nessel for possible charges. However, based on her past record of burying high-profile voter fraud investigations, this will probably follow the same path as the Whistleblower Bombshell: Michigan AG Nessel Accused of Burying 2020 Voter Fraud Probe!
One of the flagged voters has since died, while the fifteenth case is under further investigation for additional fraudulent activities.
The Process: State Review Cross-Checking Driver’s Licenses and Voter Rolls
This probe, conducted by dozens of state employees, cross-referenced the qualified voter file with state driving records, identifying non-citizens who were legally present in the country on visas or work permits but ineligible to vote.
The Secretary of State’s office admitted the situation is serious, yet continues to resist stronger voter ID laws that would prevent these cases entirely. Instead, they claim to want to address the problem “with a scalpel, not a sledgehammer.”
Benson’s team is setting up an ongoing review process and is working with lawmakers to make it permanent. However, skepticism is warranted — especially given Michigan’s recurring election integrity issues.
The Political Spin: Resistance to Proof-of-Citizenship Laws
Republican lawmakers, like State Rep. Bryan Posthumus, have introduced proposals to require proof of citizenship to register and vote. His plan mandates that if citizenship can’t be confirmed, individuals must cast provisional ballots that only count once verification is complete.
“No citizen should ever have their vote canceled out by a non-citizen voting the opposite direction,” Posthumus said.
Despite the commonsense approach, Democrats like Benson argue that such policies are unconstitutional or would burden legitimate voters — ignoring the fact that they would simultaneously prevent fraudulent voting.

AG Nessel’s Pattern: A Familiar Cover-Up?
Given Attorney General Dana Nessel’s history, it’s fair to assume this situation will be swept under the rug. She’s been accused of burying a major 2020 voter fraud investigation revealed by whistleblowers — and now, it appears the same tactic may be deployed to quietly kill this case.
Benson and Nessel’s strategy has remained consistent: downplay the severity, delay action, and rely on public fatigue to let controversies fade away.
As Michigan voters wait for justice, they are once again left wondering: will their voices be drowned out by illegal votes, while corrupt officials look the other way?
The Stakes for Michigan Voters
While officials claim this was an isolated incident, the growing number of illegal votes uncovered raises serious concerns. Without firm action, including citizenship verification laws, Michigan risks becoming a hotbed for continued election fraud.
If the state’s leadership refuses to confront this issue head-on, the message is clear: illegal votes will continue to cancel out the voices of lawful American citizens.
