Elon Musk Reveals Looming Arrest in Massive Social Security Fraud: 400,000 Identities Compromised in Scheme Tied to Voter and Benefits Abuse
In a dramatic town hall Monday night, Elon Musk made a shocking announcement that an arrest is imminent in what may be one of the largest Social Security fraud cases in U.S. history—an operation allegedly involving over 400,000 stolen identities used to defraud the American welfare system and influence elections.
Speaking to Wisconsin voters, Musk didn’t hold back. “Someone is going to be arrested tomorrow,” he said, referring to a suspect accused of accessing and selling Social Security numbers for illegal use, including fraudulent benefit claims and even voter registration for non-citizens.
“This person stole 400,000 Social Security numbers and was selling them so people could get benefits and vote, even though they’re not citizens,” Musk stated.

The Data Behind the Alarming Surge
The town hall followed a weekend presentation by Antonio Gracias, a private equity executive and top figure in the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), who shared disturbing data trends:
An estimated 5.5 million non-citizens are now present across U.S. benefit systems, including Medicaid, unemployment, and disability.
A sample study revealed non-citizens who had registered—and voted—in American elections.
Gracias added, “We referred these cases to Homeland Security Investigations for prosecution. That process has already begun.”
A Broken System Ripe for Exploitation
Musk described the U.S. government’s tech infrastructure as dangerously outdated, comparing it to a “thorniest computer problem I’ve ever seen.”
“Some of the software still in use is older than I am,” he said.
He cited long-failed federal projects like the IRS modernization program—active since 1995 yet still unfinished—as examples of how inefficient systems are vulnerable to fraud.
Voter Fraud Through Systemic Loopholes
Musk tied the Social Security breach to a broader scheme involving Democratic immigration policies, claiming they’ve enabled mass abuse of government benefits and compromised election integrity.
“If you compromise Social Security, you compromise the backbone of U.S. identity. That’s how these individuals register to vote,” he explained.
He accused the Biden administration of rerouting federal funds meant for disaster relief—like FEMA—to subsidize hotel stays for illegal immigrants in New York, highlighting what he calls a “deliberate strategy” to expand the voter base through non-citizen inclusion.

Calls for Accountability
The arrest Musk predicted is expected to shed light on deeper issues of data integrity, identity theft, and election security. He emphasized that many in government “either don’t know what’s going on or are actively allowing it.”
With mounting evidence and high-profile figures like Musk and Gracias now pushing the issue into the spotlight, federal agencies face increasing pressure to investigate and act.
